Happy Guy Fawkes

I just did a little Wikipedia research. Apparently Guy Fawkes is celebrated in Newfoundland and Labrador. Who knew? I guess they hate the Catholics too.

We are going to light fireworks off of our roof tonight. And by we I mean they. My flatmates. I have no desire to lose a hand this evening. I don't know if I even want to watch them... I am a safety girl. This seems decidedly unsafe.
